About the Subject: The deer in the photograph are real deer taken on a wildlife camera on our homestead. It is a rare instance to capture this sort of playful interaction in the wild. The overall design of the notebook was completed by me working from our remote space in upstate NY (a place where dancing under the moonlight is common).
